Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• Item must be unused

• Item must be unworn

• Item must be in original condition

• Original tags and packaging should be included

• Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

• Used or worn products

• Items damaged after delivery due to customer misuse

• Gift cards

• Clearance or final-sale items (if marked as such)

Return Process

2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

3. Wait for return instructions.

4. Ship the item to the approved return address.

5. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the order must follow the standard return process.
